People are rapidly getting familiar with multi-touch interface due to prevalence of smartphone, multi-touch touchpad and mouse. A multi-touch interface, however, may well be applicable to everyday product. For example, you may want to make your steering wheel or glasses multi-touchable. To implement multi-touch interface for a freeform surface, we require customized design and fabrication from base. This may not be applicable for the early interaction designing stage. In this project, we use flexible linear multi-touch sensor for prototyping a free form multi-touch surfaces.
